Excellent stay with attentive service

attentive staff clean room helpful chefs polite bartenders

i arrived after a week touring Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. The staff greeted me with genuine happiness and offered immediate help. The hotel staff (including gardeners, pool attendants, and cleaners) were superb. My room was basic, but super clean. I found the chefs and servers in the restaurants helpful. The bartenders were polite and helpful.

the beach had many vendors. It became tiring as they approached soon after i arrived. It made relaxing difficult (still a gorgeous location though).

The hotel features multiple pools. These accommodate many guests without feeling crowded. The grounds include gardens. They are continuously maintained and very clean.

The main restaurant offered diverse food options. It catered to many cultures. The pizza and burger restaurant (i forgot the name) provided a quick alternative. This allowed meal flexibility at lunchtime.

Service

10/10

Daisy at guest services was cute. She was attentive to requests. Sally at the front desk checked us in with kindness. The animation team kept children entertained and involved in activities.
